Queen City Holdings collects information customers choose to provide for quote requests, scheduling, billing, and service delivery. This may include contact details, company information, project or site details, and payment-related information processed through secure payment providers such as Stripe. Payment information is securely processed by Stripe and is not stored on this website. Customer information is used to respond to requests, prepare quotes, provide services, process payments, maintain business records, and comply with legal requirements. Queen City Holdings does not sell customer personal information.
Services are provided under written quotes, proposals, or service agreements. Scope, rates, schedule, site location, role requirements, travel, expenses, and payment terms must be accepted before work begins. Clients are responsible for accurate project information, site access, required approvals, and safe, lawful working conditions. Queen City Holdings may decline, pause, or rescope work that requires unavailable licensing, site authorization, or services outside the agreed scope.
Queen City Holdings can be contacted by phone or email for service questions, quote requests, billing questions, and project support. Call (732) 507-3367 or email dmccall@qcityholdings.com. The Charlotte headquarters address is listed below.
Services are quoted before work begins. Completed service work is generally non-refundable, but billing errors, duplicate charges, or disputed service items will be reviewed in good faith. Approved refunds or credits are issued to the original payment method or applied to the client account.
Clients may cancel before a scheduled assignment begins. If work has started, personnel have been scheduled, travel has been arranged, or project time has been committed, charges may apply for completed work, committed time, travel, or expenses already incurred.
Promotional terms are honored only when included in a written quote, proposal, or service agreement. Work requiring special licensing, site authorization, or regulated access must be approved before scheduling.
Service start dates, schedules, reporting requirements, and deliverables are established in each accepted written quote or service agreement. Payments are invoiced in U.S. dollars (USD) through secure Stripe payment pages. ACH bank payment and any other available payment methods are displayed before payment. Clients can review the amount, currency, and available payment methods before authorizing payment.
